Return and Cancellation Policy

At Nuevolink, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and services. Please read our return and cancellation terms carefully before making a purchase.


1. Physical Products (NFC Cards)

  • All sales are final. Once the order is placed and payment is completed, cancellations or modifications are not permitted.
  • Returns are only accepted in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
  • To request a return due to damage or defect, customers must notify us within 3 days of delivery, along with clear photographic evidence.
  • Approved returns will be eligible for a replacement only—no refunds will be issued.


2. Digital Products & Subscriptions (Dashboard Access)

  • Once the subscription or digital product is purchased and activated, no cancellations or refunds will be allowed under any circumstances.
  • We recommend reviewing all available information and using any provided demos or previews before purchase.
  • Subscriptions are billed as per the selected plan and will remain active for the duration of the billing cycle.
